Great question. Thanks for asking. Always a good challenge to define and redefine the truth.
I'd say the truth is doing what you know you should be doing, not what you kinda, maybe, might, perhaps should be doing.
I once wrote: In matters of the heart, let your mind guide you... in matters of the mind, let your heart guide you.
At the time this made good sense. Still seems to hold true. I know somehow this ties into the truth. Hopefully it makes some sense to you too.
Either way, all this takes a lifetime or more to figure out, so keep going for it. I'm on the path too.
