In 2007-2010, Ezra created and served as the director of CinemaSpace, the 77-seat (first in the world with hemp upholstered movie theatre seats), HD, surround-sound film screening room at Montreal's Segal Centre for Performing Arts.

Ezra co-produced Film Pop in 2007, the film festival section of the Pop Montreal International Music Festival.

1+1 equals raisin challah toast.
1 + 1 = This is Ezra here saying send in your 1 + 1 ideas anytime you like.
1 and 1 equals 1 and 1.
1+1=11
1+1=3
In editing, it equals 3 because when you put an image next to another one, you get 2 images plus a meaning. If you take russian director Vertov's example, 1 image of a neutral face + 1 image of a fruit = the 2 images, and a new meaning: the man on the first image is hungry (or he's gonna do something with the fruit).
